Refurbishing period and listed homes around Arundel

We take on whole-house refurbishments from rip-out to handover: new services, structural alterations, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and joinery. Much of our work is on period and listed properties around Arundel, where the aim is to keep what gives an old building its character and quietly add modern comforts.

Examples of our work

  • A Georgian house in Lyminster, fully refurbished with a breakfast room extension, cast iron guttering, new services and soundproofed floors, plus cottages and a roundhouse on the grounds

  • Rotten seafront timber replaced in Sapele hardwood, with a full redecoration and new cast iron guttering

  • A door on a listed building remade in Tricoya to match the original, after four timber doors had rotted in ten years

  • A new reed bed viewing platform and boardwalk at Arundel Wetlands

We work alongside architects and conservation officers to agree suitable repairs and joinery details for each property.

Where we work

We're based in Arundel and work across West Sussex, including Chichester, Littlehampton, Worthing, Bognor Regis, Rustington, Angmering, Lyminster, Burpham, Fontwell, Slindon, Amberley, Storrington, Pulborough, Findon and the South Downs villages.
